Best way to remove the Alnaddy.com

My computer is infected by Alnaddy.com. MSE gives me the virus infection warning when I try to install a music program which is downloaded from the Internet, however, the anti-virus programs don’t have enough power to get rid of it. How can I remove this virus completely? Any help will be appreciated.
